General Terms And Conditions

1. 'City Bingo' and 'citybingo.com' are brands owned by Mandalay Media Limited (a company registered in the Isle of Man) ("Mandalay Media Limited").

2. The games Mandalay Media Limited promotes on this website are operated by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited (the "Company") under its remote gambling licence issued by the Government of Gibraltar. The games are powered by software belonging to Brigend Limited ("Brigend"). Brigend is within the same corporate group as the Company and both are registered under the laws of Gibraltar to provide such services.

3. When you use this website, open an account and play games you enter into a legally binding contract with the Company as it operates this website and the games promoted by Mandalay Media Limited on it. This legally binding contract is subject to the terms and conditions set out below, the privacy policy and the game rules displayed on this website from time to time (the "Terms and Conditions").

4. By playing at City Bingo ("Bingo"), you represent and warrant that you fully understand and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

5. Bingo is restricted to individuals of legal age as determined in the jurisdiction in which the individual resides. You cannot play under any circumstances if you are not at least eighteen years of age.

6. Participation in the activities and games of Bingo (the "Game") is open only to residents of those jurisdictions where such participation is legal and not prohibited. Participation in the Game is void wherever prohibited by law. For example, if you are located in the USA it is illegal for you to register or play Bingo or other games on this Website. Should we discover that you are located in the USA we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account.

7. The Company makes no representations or warranties, implicit or explicit, as to your legal right to participate in the Game nor shall any of the Company's employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents or retailers have the authority to make any such representations or warranties.

8. Employees of the Company, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in the Game.

9. Any participation in the Game is at your sole option, discretion and risk. By playing the Game, you acknowledge that you do not find the Game or Bingo to be offensive, objectionable, unfair, or indecent.

10. You are only permitted to enter Bingo for your own personal entertainment and non-professional use. Any other entrance, access, use or reuse of the Bingo or the Web site is strictly prohibited.

11. Only one account per person is permitted. Unfortunately, this is necessary to prevent abuse of our generous "free money" policies.

12. The management of Bingo reserves the right to withhold payment to any player pending verification of the player's identity.

13. We make every effort to ensure that errors or mistakes do not occur in any Game. We reserve the right to void winnings or cash-ins enabled by wins resulting from any obvious error or mistake or any technical fault (including, but not limited to, incorrect game payouts) with any of the games offered. You will forfeit any winnings/losses that result from such errors or mistakes or technical faults.

14. We reserve the right to verify your registration details, such as name, address, age, and payment methods used, at any time, by requesting certain documents. These documents shall typically include an identity card, proof of address such as a utility bill, and proof of your payment method. If deemed necessary, we may request that the said document copies are notarized, meaning that the documents are stamped and attested by a Public Notary. In the event our requests for documents are not completed by the member, the Company may at its sole discretion terminate the account, and withhold any funds that are present therein. Should the documents fail our internal security checks – for example, if we suspect that they have been tampered with, or are in any way provided to mislead or misrepresent – we shall be under no obligation to accept such documents as valid, and under no obligation to provide feedback on the exact nature of our findings with regards to these documents.

Assignment

1. We reserve the right to transfer, assign, sublicense or pledge these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, to any person (but without your consent) without notice, provided that any such assignment will be on the same terms or terms that are no less advantageous to you. You may not assign, sublicense or otherwise transfer in any manner whatsoever any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

Free Bingo Terms & Conditions

1. Whilst we describe the free bingo games promoted as "free" we do require you to register with us and to be responsible for the associated cost of using the Internet when participating.

2. We use the words "free bingo" in the sense that you do not need to deposit money with us to purchase a bingo card and participate.

3. We use the words "free bingo" in the sense that you do not need to pay anything for the bingo card in order to participate in the Game.

4. You are only permitted to enter Free Bingo for your own personal entertainment and non-professional use. Any other use of the Free Bingo games is strictly prohibited. Constant use of the free bingo rooms (i.e. playing free bingo games more than 3 hours a day on average every week or staying in the free bingo rooms for more than 120 games per week) will be regarded as professional use.

5. The Company reserves the right to block or remove any player who violates or fails to adhere to these terms and conditions without prior warning. Any cash and bonus balances of such players will be confiscated by the Company.

6. To help us combat fraud you must comply with our minimum withdrawal requirements before withdrawing any cash prize.

7. The maximum win for a non-funded player on all games is £100. If you win more than £100, you are entitled to £100 and the remainder will become void.

8. Prior to a first withdrawal, you must have a minimum amount of £30 in your account and have previously funded your account with a cash deposit of at least £5.

9. It takes up to 8 working days to process a withdrawal. We process all withdrawal transactions 2 working days after your request. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 6 working days from then to complete the process.

10. The Company reserves the right to remove or make amends to the free bingo service at any time without prior notice.

11. Please note that Progressive Jackpots are NOT paid out in any of our free rooms or free to enter games.

Bonus Terms & Conditions

1. The following Terms & Conditions apply to all of our bonuses, including but not limited to any Welcome Bonus, Redeposit Bonus or Registration Bonus the Company may offer.

2. All promotions, bonuses or special offers are subject to promotion-specific terms and conditions and any complimentary bonus credited to your account must be used in adherence with such terms and conditions. We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion, bonus or special offer at any time.

3. "Bonus Funds" are (i) Bonus money from deposits, including the First Deposit Bonus and Re-Deposit Bonus; (ii) Cash from the redemption of Loyalty Bingo Points,(iii) Free bonus or Any other bonus cash that the player may receive from other promotions.

4. The Bonus Funds will be automatically credited to your account.

5. Bonus Funds are for bingo play only (i.e. must be used to purchase bingo tickets) and may never be withdrawn as cash.

6. Funded players may cash out any winnings generated as a result from purchases of Bingo cards with Bonus funds at any time, provided these winnings were not accumulated prior to a first deposit. The winnings you earn may be cashed out at any stage, irrespective of whether this was with Bonus Funds or your initial deposit however if you fail to meet our wagering requirements at the time of cash-out, i.e. have not yet wagered 4 times the total of the deposit + Bonus Funds, then you will forfeit any unreleased bonus funds in your account at the time of the withdrawal.

7. Any winnings that were accumulated prior to a first deposit will be capped at £100. If you win more than £100, you are entitled to £100 while the remainder of the funds will become void.

8. Unless otherwise stated in the specific terms and conditions that apply to any bonus on deposit offer, you agree by accepting such offer to wager 4x the total of (the amount of the deposit + the amount of the Bonus Funds) prior to cashing out the deposit. If you do cash out any or all or your deposit before meeting the wagering requirement, you will forfeit all your Bonus Funds.

9. All bonuses and promotional offers extended to members must be wagered at City Bingo in accordance with the minimum wagering requirements within 90 days of being credited to a member's account or within the period specified in the notification of a promotional offer if different. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at a time of its choosing, to revoke any bonuses and promotional offers, or any parts thereof, not used by a member within the relevant time period.

10. Wagering must be done on bingo games only. Wagering on slot machines or any other instant games will not count towards wagering requirements in order to keep your bonus funds.

11. Additional wagering requirements may be imposed by the Company without prior notice in relation to any specific promotional offer.

12. In the event that the Company believes a user of the Service is abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion, or is likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a gambling policy adopted by the Company, then the Company may, at its sole discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw from any user any bonus or promotion, or rescind any policy with respect to that user, either temporarily or permanently, or terminate that user's access to the Services and/or block that user's account.

13. The Company reserves the right to decrease the relative contribution of bonus money to jackpot amounts by differentiating bonus money from real money wagering.

14. All users of the Services shall be entitled only to one welcome bonus. Members who make their first deposit with the Company or any of its white label partners, and who have or previously had an account with any of the Sites owned or operated by the Company, including both In-House Brands and White Label Brands, shall not be entitled to an additional welcome bonus, unless the Company decides otherwise at its absolute discretion.

15. In the event that the Company deems in its sole discretion that you have been taking unfair advantage of the Company's welcome bonuses or have executed any other act in bad faith in relation to a bonus promotion offered on any of the Sites owned and/or operated by the Company, the Company shall have the right to block or terminate your accounts with the Company and in such circumstances, the Company shall be under no obligation to refund to you any funds that may be in your accounts other than your original deposit amounts.

16. Welcome Bonus Terms & Conditions

16.1 The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer a welcome bonus on the first deposit you make with City Bingo.

16.2 The minimum deposit to receive bonus funds is £5 and the maximum deposit that qualifies for the bonus is £20.

16.3 If applicable, welcome bonus funds will be automatically credited upon making your first deposit.

16.4 Only one welcome bonus will be issued per customer - multiple accounts will not qualify for additional bonuses. This bonus cannot be used to withdraw cash but must be used to purchase bingo tickets.

17. 50% Regular Deposit Bonus Terms & Conditions

17.1 After making your first deposit, you qualify for our regular deposit bonuses when you make any subsequent deposits.

17.2 The minimum deposit required to receive this bonus is £10 and the maximum deposit that qualifies for this bonus is £100. A regular deposit (i.e. a second or subsequent deposit) of £10 will therefore receive a £5 bonus; deposit £100 and we will credit your account with £50 in bonus funds.

17.3 The bonus cannot be withdrawn as cash, but must be used to purchase bingo tickets.

18. Registration Bonus Terms & Conditions

18.1 A registration bonus may be offered at the sole discretion of the company.

18.2 To claim under this promotion you must register an account at City Bingo. A bonus credit will then be placed into your account to use to buy bingo cards.

18.3 Any registration bonus will only be awarded if you enter valid credit/debit card details upon registration. Providing such details after registration will not qualify you for promotion.

18.4 Only one Registration Bonus will be issued per customer. Multiple accounts will not qualify for additional Registration Bonuses.

19. Birthday Bonus Terms & Conditions

19.1 The Company reserves the right to send you a special bonus code on your birthday.

19.2 This bonus code is specific to your username and can only be used once a year.

19.3 This bonus code is only valid on the day of your birthday and for 7 days thereafter.

19.4 The minimum deposit for the birthday bonus is £10 and the maximum deposit that qualifies for the birthday bonus is £50.

Refer A Friend Terms & Conditions

1. Before completing the 'Refer a Friend' application and clicking the "Submit" button you must ensure that all of the friends whose names and email addresses you are supplying have consented to receive a referral email and are 18 years of age or over (or such other higher minimum legal age in the jurisdiction in which they live), and that it is legal for them to participate in the games offered at City Bingo in the jurisdiction in which they live.

2. You will be rewarded for any qualifying referred friend with Loyalty Bingo Points. These Loyalty Points are subject to the Loyalty Points Terms and Conditions.

3. Loyalty Bingo Points are only awarded when a referred friend registers with City Bingo and deposits and wagers £5 or more on bingo. The award is 10,000 (ten thousand) Loyalty Points per qualifying referred friend.

4. A person can only be referred once and the person referred cannot have an existing or previous account with us.

5. If you install our FaceBook Application that allows us to update your Facebook Profile ever time you paly, you will be awarded 5,000 (five thousand) Loyalty Points. The Company does not accept responsibility for the mal-function of this application and will not award Loyalty Points to any player unable to install the application for whatever reason.

6. These terms and conditions are subject to and additional to the General Terms and Conditions.

Game Terms & Conditions

1. A new game is played every 3 to 5 minutes.

2. A new ball is called every 3 seconds.

3. There is a 1 card minimum purchase per game, and a maximum purchase of 96 cards per game – although individual rooms may have a lower maximum card purchase.

4. Bingo Game with less than 3 players will be cancelled and in such event each player who bought a ticket for the cancelled Bingo Game will receive a full refund to the same balance (real money and bonus) from which he/she was charged

5. Bingo is played in "Autoplay" mode, whereby players will always be notified of a winning bingo card.

6. The purchase of all cards is final.

7. In the case of there being more than one winning card, the prize will be split equally amongst the number of winners.

8. A prize that is given in a Bingo Game may be given as the following: real money, bonus money, Bingo Points or as a tangible prize.

9. If we cannot contact you by email or phone within 30 days of winning a tangible prize we reserve the right to withdraw this prize.

1TG & 2TG Games

1. "1TG players" are defined as all players who have "1 to go" on their card at the time when bingo is called. Similarly, "2TG players" are defined as all players who have "2 to go" on their card at such time.

2. Some games may be defined as a "1TG"/"2TG" game, i.e. a game in which "1TG players" and/or "2TG players" will also win a prize.

3. Both 75-ball and 90-ball games may be defined as "1TG" games.

4. In a 75-ball game - "1TG" and "2TG" players are the 2nd place winners and the 3rd place winners respectively of the bingo game.

5. In a 90-ball game - "1TG" and "2TG" players are the 2nd place winners and the 3rd place winners respectively of the "Full House" sub-game.

6. "1TG players" and "2TG players" will win a different prize than the 1st place bingo winner; such prize can be any of the following at the Company's sole discretion:

  • Divided between all "1TG"/"2TG" winners (one win for each "1TG" player, regardless of the number of "1TG" cards that the player holds).

8. Tangibles:

  • Divided between all "1TG"/"2TG" tickets (one win for each "1TG" card).
  • For each "1TG"/"2TG" winner - the house will only know the amount of money that is going to be given to players when the game begins.

Instant Win & Bingo - Game Disputes

If you feel that a game has played out unfairly then you must contact our Customer Support team with the Game ID and a screenshot of the game as it finished for us to assist you.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The outcome of every game played at City Bingo including bingo, instant win, slots and scratchcards is determined by a random number generator. The window in which you play the game displays a graphical representation of that outcome. In an instance where the flash game display fails to show any result, the game will still have been completed on our servers. In the event of a loss the stake will still be deducted from your account and in the event of a win the winnings will still be credited to your account.

Promotional Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 Mandalay Media Limited's terms and conditions set out below apply to all promotional offers whether sent in correspondence (for example emails, computer pop-ups and letters) (each a "Promotion Correspondence") or published via the web landing page on City Bingo website (each an "On-line Promotion").

1.2 Such promotions may take the form of bonus offers (whether for real cash or some other type of bonus or incentive), prize draws, competitions, contests or other form of promotion. All such promotions are subject to these general promotion terms and conditions, any rules set out in Promotion Correspondence and the specific rules found on the information pages of the individual promotions.

1.3 You should check the Promotion Terms before participating in any promotional offer as by participating in a promotion you accept and agree to be legally bound by such terms.

1.4 Any complimentary bonus (whether real money bonuses, bonus points or some other form of incentive) credited to your account must be used in adherence with such terms and conditions. We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion, bonus or special offer at any time.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Unless otherwise indicated in the Promotion Correspondence or an On-line Promotion, a promotion is intended for the addressed recipient or category of recipient only and cannot be transferred. If you are not the intended recipient or within the intended category of recipient then the offer is null and void.

2.2 To be eligible to participate in any Promotion, you must be a "Qualifying Player" i.e. you must:
(a) be 18 years of age or older;
(b) be legally entitled to use our services in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions;

2.4 Officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents of Mandalay Media Limited or any of its subsidiaries, parent or associated companies, or any of its or their respective suppliers or vendors (including advertising, printing and publicity agencies) or any officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents of any entity connected with any promotion, or relatives of any of the foregoing persons (collectively, "Unauthorised Persons") are not permitted to participate in any Promotion. For the purposes of these Promotion Terms, "relative" shall include, but not be limited to, a spouse, partner, child or sibling of an Unauthorised Person and any person residing in the same household as an Unauthorised Person.

2.5 Your participation in any promotion is voluntary. You have the choice to decline to participate in any promotion by simply ignoring the relevant Promotion Correspondence or publication. If the promotion is automatic and you are unable to voluntarily elect not to participate you may contact our support helpline on 0808 238 9881 and request not to be a party to the promotion.

2.6 In the event that the Company believes a user of the Service is abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion, or is likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a gambling policy adopted by the Company, then the Company may, at its sole discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw from any user any bonus or promotion, or rescind any policy with respect to that user, either temporarily or permanently, or terminate that user's access to the Services and/or block that user's account.

3. Changing a Promotion

3.1 If we believe you are abusing a game or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion, or you are likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a gambling policy adopted by us, then we may, at our sole discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw from you any bonus or promotion, or rescind any policy with you, either temporarily or permanently, or terminate your access to the game and/or block that user's account.

3.2 We reserve the right to alter, discontinue or terminate any promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason whatever, including without limitation if there has been any printing, production, distribution or other error in any Promotion Communication or on the website, or where there has been any error in the preparation for or conduct of any Promotion affecting the result of the Promotion or the number of participants or the value of claims.

3.3 The Promotion Terms may be modified by us at any time by posting the modified terms on the relevant page(s) of the website. We recommend you revisit these Promotion Terms regularly. By your continued participation in any promotion, you accept any such modified terms.

4. Promotions and Prizes

4.1 Qualifying Players who win a prize as the result of any promotion (each, respectively, a "Winner" and a "Prize") must accept the relevant Prize "as is" and there is no right to a cash alternative unless we, in our sole discretion, elect to offer such a cash alternative (which may be less than the full value of the Prize). We reserve the right, at any time, to substitute any Prize with one or more prizes (other than a cash alternative) of substantially equivalent value. Prizes will be drawn at random.

4.2 All Prizes will be drawn by the time or within the timeframe specified in the applicable Specific Promotional Terms and, unless otherwise indicated there, a cash Prize will be paid into the Account of the Winner.

4.3 Where we arrange for a non-cash Prize to be delivered to you, the delivery may need to be signed for, but in all cases we reserve the right to require that a particular Prize is made available for collection only, including without limitation if such Prize is impractical or unduly costly to deliver. For a non-cash Prize, we will make all reasonable attempts to contact the Winner using his/her Account contact details, but if we have not been able to make contact with the Winner within 30 days of the Prize being won, we reserve the right to draw another Winner in place of the original Winner or to forfeit the Prize altogether without liability to the Winner.

4.4 We reserve the right not to award a Prize or to seek the return of any Prize awarded in the event that the Winner is not entitled to receive such Prize in accordance with applicable law (provided always that the Winner is solely responsible for ensuring that s/he is entitled to receive any Prize) or if we have cause to disqualify the Winner.

4.5 Any entitlement to receive a Prize is non-transferable.

4.6 The Winner is solely responsible for the payment of any applicable tax in relation to the relevant Prize and for any costs associated with the Prize. Where a Prize consists of an event, activity, holiday or the performance of a service, the Winner is solely responsible for complying with any booking or other conditions or instructions of the relevant third party provider or organiser and must be able to comply with any restrictions as to dates and times in relation to the Prize (which may not be re-scheduled) and any other eligibility restrictions imposed by the relevant third party provider or organiser. The contract in relation to any such event, activity, holiday or service will be directly between the Winner and the relevant third party provider or organiser and we will not be a party to that contract or have any liability in relation to its performance or non-performance, which shall be the sole responsibility of the relevant third party provider or organiser. We will not provide any form of insurance, including without limitation any public liability or cancellation insurance, in respect of any Prize consisting of an event, activity, holiday or service.

4.7 Our offering of a particular Prize implies no affiliation on our part with or sponsorship or endorsement of the relevant third party manufacturer, supplier, provider or organiser. Any photograph used to promote a Prize is for illustrative purposes only and the actual Prize may differ from the item shown in the photograph, including without limitation as to make, model, specification, colour, finish, packaging and other features.

4.8 The Winner is solely responsible for all use made of the Prize. Except as expressly provided in these Promotion Terms, no representations, warranties, conditions or other terms are made, given or accepted by us and no other terms shall apply, as between us and any person, in relation to any Prize, including without limitation any terms as to suitably, reliability, satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose, or any other implied terms, all of which we exclude to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4.9 By accepting any prize and/or winnings from the Company, promotion winners consent to the use of their full name, the city in which they live, photographs of them and to also provide commentary about winning the prize/tournament for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

Loyalty Points Terms & Conditions

1. Loyalty Bingo Points means those Bingo Points awarded through promotions, the purchase of bingo cards as per clause 3 below or City Bingo chat room games.

2. Only one account per person can receive Loyalty Bingo Points.

3. Loyalty Bingo Points are being awarded for every 5p, 10p or 25p bingo card that you purchase.

4. Only bingo card purchases using cash will be eligible for Loyalty Bingo Points. Bingo cards purchased using Bonus Funds do not count as an eligible purchase.

5. You can redeem Loyalty Points for bonus funds via the 'My Account' section.

6. 1000 Loyalty Points [or City Points] can be redeemed for £1 of bonus cash.

Account Cancellation

The Company reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation will be credited to your credit card and/or sent to you by check. However, the Company reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your Bingo account in any of the following circumstances:

1. If you have more than one active account for Bingo;

2. If the name on your Bingo account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to make purchases on your Bingo account;

3. If you participate in a Bingo promotion and cash out before fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion;

4. If you provide incorrect or misleading registration information;

5. If you are not of legal age;

6. If you reside in a jurisdiction where participation in the Game is prohibited by law;

7. If you have allowed or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to play on your Bingo account;

8. If you have not played Bingo on an individual basis for personal entertainment only (that is, you have played in a professional sense or in concert with other player(s) as part of a club, group, etc.);

9. If you have "charged back" any of the purchases made with your credit card on your Bingo account;

10. If you are found cheating or if it is determined by the Company that you have employed or made use of a system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems) designed specifically to defeat Bingo; OR

11. If the Company should become aware that you have played at any other on-line Bingo under any of the circumstances set out at 1 to 10 above.

Other Terms & Conditions

1. Participation in the activities and games of Bingo (the "Game") is open only to residents of those jurisdictions where such participation is legal and not prohibited. Participation in the Game is void wherever prohibited by law.

2. The Company reserves the right to close Bingo accounts registered from certain countries. This policy was introduced after high volume credit card fraud originated in these countries. Winnings from these accounts will not be paid out more than the amount of the purchases made on the account. We apologise to the customers from the countries detailed below for the inconvenience caused.

Persons who are resident in the United States and Israel are not entitled to open an account with City Bingo and play Bingo Games and or Instant Games for real money with City Bingo.

3. Persons located in the United States of America, Belgium, Israel, Turkey and Mauritius are prohibited from opening an account with City Bingo, and therefore residents of these countries are restricted from making any deposits or use of the Services provided by the Company. The Company reserves the right to amend the list of countries from which it will not accept users of the Service at its discretion.

4. If you have any dispute with regard to any outcome in the Game, you must submit your complaint to the Company in writing within fourteen (14) days. In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on your Bingo software and the Bingo's server software, the result showing on the Bingo's server software shall be the official and governing result of the Game.

5. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on any prizes and/or winnings that you collect from the Company.

6. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice to you, to add new activities or games to Bingo or to discontinue any activity or game of Bingo at any time.

7. If you do not log onto your Bingo account for a period of 180 days, any balance in your account will be forfeited to the Company.

8. You are solely responsible for keeping your account number and password secure and secret. You shall not allow any other person or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse your account, access and/or use any materials or information from the Web site, accept any Prize, or participate in the Games. You are solely responsible for any purchases and/or losses that may occur on your account.

9. We take no responsibility for any third party access to your account and under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of misuse of your password by any person or for any unauthorized access to your account and all transactions where your user name and password have been entered correctly will be regarded as valid, whether or not authorized by you.

10. The Company shall not be required to maintain user names or passwords if the Player misplaces, forgets, loses, or is otherwise unable to enter Bingo because of anything other than the Company's error.

11. The Company shall not be liable for computer or Internet malfunctions nor attempts by the Player to participate in the Game by methods, means or ways not intended by the Company.

12. If you are found to be cheating or attempting to defraud the Game, or if you make untrue and/or malicious comments with regard to the Company's operation, the Company reserves the right to publicise your actions together with your identity and e-mail address, as well as to circulate this information to other Bingo and gaming companies, banks, credit card companies, and appropriate agencies.

13. Artificial Intelligence - Robots: You are not allowed to use any software program which, in our opinion, is endowed with artificial intelligence ("AI Software") in connection with your use of the Services. We constantly review the use of the Services in order to detect the use of AI Software and in the event that we deem it has been used we reserve the right to take any action we see fit, including immediately blocking access to the Services to the offending user, terminating such user's account and seizing all monies held in such account.

14. You shall hold the Company, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers harmless and shall fully indemnify same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of: (i) your entry, use, or reuse of the Web site, (ii) your use of any materials at the Web site, (iii) your entry, use, or reuse of Bingo's server, (iv) your participation in the Game, or, (v) your acceptance of any prize.

15. All intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, all trade mark rights and copyright) in the brand City Bingo' (word and logo) and the website's graphic user interface, content and look and feel vest in Mandalay Media Limited. You agree that you will not display or use the brand or the website's graphic user interface, content or look and feel in any manner unless you have been given Mandalay Media Limited's prior written consent to do so.

16. Materials of the Game (whether electronically obtained or obtained by other means) are automatically void if counterfeited, mutilated, forged, altered or tampered with in any way, if illegible, mechanically or electronically reproduced, obtained outside authorised legitimate channels or if they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical, electronic or any other errors. Liability for materials of the Game containing any error is limited to replacement of same.

17. Any and all materials submitted for prize claims become the property of the Company and will not be returned. The Company is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, or postage due mail, requests, prize claims or entries.

18. We recommend that customers print out all transaction data, rules of the game and payment methods and keep them in an easily accessible place.

19. You agree that, in the event that the Software or Services fails to operate correctly as a result of, but not limited to, any delay or interruption in operation or transmission, any loss or corruption of data or communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of the Sites or its contents or any error or omission in content or any other factors beyond our control:

a. the Company, its Affiliates and its third party licensors will not be responsible for any loss, including loss of winnings, that may result; and
b. if any such errors result in an increase in winnings owed or paid to you, you shall not be entitled to the winnings falling within such increase. You shall immediately inform the Company of the error and shall repay any winnings credited to your account in error to the Company (as directed by the Company) or the Company may, at its discretion, deduct an amount equal to those winnings from your account or set off such amount against any money owed to you by the Company.

20. 'City Bingo' is the trade name of the Company, and you obtain no rights to such term, nor any other terms, graphics, text, concepts or methodologies, by using the Web site and the material contained therein.

21. We do not charge our players any fees for making a deposit at CityBingo.com. Please check with your bank if a fee is incurred.

22. The minimum deposit amount at City Bingo is £5.00.

23. The minimum withdrawal amount at City Bingo is £30.00.

24. Prior to a first withdrawal, a minimum of £20.00 must be deposited and wagered once or more, to qualify for a withdrawal.

25. GBP is used as a base currency for promotions however if you are registered to play in USD or in EUR, then you will be paid out in your registered currency.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or to implement or amend any procedures, at any time without prior notice to you. Such amendments will be implemented at the discretion of the Bingo management and put into immediate effect. Such procedural changes will only be in response to the interests and security of Bingo or the players.

The Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between you and the Company and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations and understandings between you and the Company with regards to playing Bingo.
