The Diamond Club is a new and improved version of our old VIP system. Many things stay the same - you will still enjoy all the same benefits and you will still earn City Points. The difference is that now you will earn Diamonds on top!

You will earn Diamonds whenever you play - and the more Diamonds you earn, the bigger the rewards you can claim from our Diamond Store! Our Diamond Store contains lots of goodies, including free cards into games, bonus cash, deposit bonuses, real cash and products.

We have also introduced another VIP class, called ‘Platinum’. This is our highest player class for players who deposited £5,000 or above.

Yes. You will still earn City Points for buying bingo cards [5p or above] but now you will also earn Diamonds on top.

Yes, City Points can still be exchanged for bonus cash. 1,000 City Points = £1 Bonus Cash.

You can increase your player class by depositing. The more you deposit, the higher up our VIP ladder you will climb. Each class has a minimum deposit requirement - deposit at least this amount to move up into that class.

Here are the different deposit levels required:

No. Your player class is unrelated to the number of Diamonds you earn. You increase your player class by making deposits. Your player class will increase once you have reached the minimum deposit requirement for the next class.

No. Your player class is site specific. In the case above you would be a Bronze player on both sites.

Your Diamond Store will display the highest VIP class you have achieved on any of our four bingo sites (Costa Bingo, Sing Bingo, City Bingo and Fancy Bingo). For example, if you are a Silver player on Fancy Bingo but a Gold player on Costa Bingo, the Diamond Store will show Gold.

Costa Bingo is part of a larger group of bingo brands – these are our 'sister sites'. The whole group comprises City Bingo, Costa Bingo, Sing Bingo and Fancy Bingo. Your play at City or any of our sister sites counts towards your Diamond total.

A linked account is the bingo account you have with any of our sister sites. The Diamond Club links together all of our four bingo brands (City Bingo, Costa Bingo, Sing Bingo and Fancy Bingo) so that you benefit wherever you play.

Plus, if you want to exchange diamonds for bonus cash, deposit bonuses or real cash, you can choose to credit any of your linked accounts – it’s up to you!

You earn Diamonds whenever you play at City Bingo, Costa Bingo, Sing Bingo and Fancy Bingo. Every pound you play on bingo or slots earns you 1 Diamond. You will also earn Diamonds for playing your bonus cash. Remember, by 'play' we mean the amount that you wagered or staked – not deposits or losses.

No, wagering does not equal deposits. Nor does it mean losses. 'Wagering' means the total money you have staked or put in play. For example:

Let's say you are starting with a balance of £10. You then play the following:

If you add up all the money you spent on bingo tickets and slot spins, it adds up to £10. So your total wager is £10. However your balance has actually increased to £15.

So to summarize: You have wagered £10, you have won £5 and you have earned 10 Diamonds. Keep in mind that you also earn diamonds by playing with bonus cash.

No. You earn Diamonds by playing at any of our bingo sites (City Bingo, Costa Bingo, Sing Bingo and Fancy Bingo). Deposits only affect your VIP class, not the amount of Diamonds you have earned

Your Diamond balance updates overnight. Diamonds from today's play will show in tomorrow's Diamond balance. If you feel that Diamonds from previous play have not been credited, please email diamondclub@citybingo.com

The Diamond Account does not display fractions and your Diamond balance is always rounded down to the nearest integer. However our system logs all your play, so nothing 'gets lost'. If you wager another 50p today, your Diamond Balance will show 1 Diamond tomorrow.

We have already credited your account with all the Diamonds you have earned since 1st June 2012.

Yes, you also earn Diamonds when playing with bonus cash.

You earn Diamonds on the day you pre-buy the tickets, not on the day the game plays.

No. A reversed cash out does not count as a deposit and therefore won't influence your VIP class.

This depends on the product you are buying. Bonus cash, Real cash and Deposit Bonuses are available within a few minutes of making the purchase. Cards into Games are typically only allocated 24 hours before the game plays. If you are buying a product such as an iPod or an iPad, our promotions team will first send you an email asking you to verify your address. Only once you have done that will your product be shipped.

No. You can only buy cards for games on sites where you have a linked account. In order for us to link accounts they need to be funded first.

Although you can earn Diamonds as a Blue class VIP, you need to be Bronze class VIP in order to redeem them. Once you have deposited at least £50 you will move up to Bronze level and gain access to the Diamond Store.
